Established in 1976. The elaboration of the champagne begins in 1980, with 5000 bottles. After enlarging of the exploitation with the passing of years, our production reaches in 2006, at 45.000 bottles. The family exploitation toThil, In the heart of the massif of Saint Thierry, In 5 km of Reims, on a surface of 7 hectares 67. Head office is situated on the place of the village. Margaret takes charge of the customer relations and of the accounting. Vincent and Arnaud, with Myself, realize the wine, wine-producing works and œnologique.

The champagne

• 1) The classic or traditional crudes, The most numerous, are elaborated from a assembly Of wines of three vines (Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Meunier) stemming from the soil champenois, of various plots of land and many years
• 2) White crudes of White are only made from grapes white of Chardonnay
• 3) White Crudes of Blacks are elaborate starting from black grapes, Pinot noir et Meunier.

These three great types of Crudes will know various states of which at least three will mark the great gustatory stages of their life. According to their time of ageing in the cellars, they will be young Crudes (more than one year), then mature Crudes (more than 3 years) and finally of the Crudes of plenitude (beyond 5 years. That made 3 types of Crudes either but at least 9… Each one will evolve/move with its way, according to the nature of its assembly.
